According to articles released Monday 4/5/2010 in the Powell Barnett Shale Newsletter, alleges that all those reports on Dish, TX that Calvin Tillman, and Alisa Rich, sole proprietor of Wolf Eagle Environmental have been using to say that Natural Gas Well are bad polluters have been discredited.
According to witnesses and Fort Worth City Officials, Ms. Rich was to give a 5 minute talk to the Fort Worth Air Quality Study Committee which was holding it first meeting. Ms. Rich's 5 minute speech turned into a 25 minute rambling and at times incoherent tirade. Ms. Rich launched into an attack on the natural gas industry, unable to maintain her composure, City Officials finally cut her off. But not before she admitted that she did not have a Ph.D..but said that she probably will have it by this summer.
It was further discovered that Texas Board of Professional Engineers has had an on-going investigation of Wolf Eagle since early January, 2010, for the use of "engineer" in a company name in Texas which is against the law if you are not a licensed engineering firm. It was also discovered that Alisa Rich has never been an engineer nor has Wolf Eagle had a professional engineer registered in Texas Since 2006. The Texas Secretary of State accepted Rich's application to change the name of her company from Wolf Eagle Environmental Engineering and Consultants, LLC to Wolf Eagle Environmental, LLC on March 25, 2010.
This has to be a huge embarrassment for the anti-drilling crown in Flower Mound and the Flower Mound Petition Group. They had based a lot of their facts, on her studies, and tirades at town meeting. Basically to find out that she is a fraud and huckster and the studies that she did are not even valid.

Oh, you just KNOW the blowhards at Flower Mound SCares will try to find a way to twist this latest turn of events into their advantage, and all the sheeple over there will believe whatever FloMo SCares says.
Dr. Tramm of Kleinfelder must feel an enormous sense of vindication, after having to listen to Alisa Rich at the March 25th Council meeting slam his firm's air quality study due to supposed "fatal errors" in the design of the study. I wonder if she will offer her (almost) professional expertise at any more Council meetings?

I can see how a group of 1,300 or so members working to protect their families and quality of life would SCARE the Shiloh Drilling Cult group.
Funny how you all preach about civility and divisiveness yet endorse a frivolous ethics complaint against innocent residents. Mr. Stone couldn't even get his facts straight. Seems to be a common affliction in your camp... must be the gas fumes.

Just curious, I really want to know. How many of those 1300 have mineral rights? I want to know if there are those that are truly against it for these reasons despite being offered money. It just seems odd to me that those against it tend to be from people who moved to Flower Mound sometime this decade most likely from out of state. Those seeking ruralness yet are against one of the very things that goes on in TX rural areas. It's a huge industry! Instead of drilling on vacant land, you may as well be against someone keeping horses or cattle there. (which used to be the case before Emerald Bay, Wellington, and Bridalwood were built.)

Sounds like you guys are starting to see the writing on the wall. I realize how difficult it must be for any of you to thank us for holding Williams & Co. accountable for their emissions, spills, leaks and lies. That's OK. We're not in it for the praise, or your approval.
Yes, FM Cares has 1300 people HOWEVER, the gorilla and banana have almost 1600. When this group out numbers them, I will take it seriously! That is all!
It must be a sad day in Shilohville. Your heroes, Smith and Levenick, are disgraced again (this time with the help of the videotape) on the local news. The distinguished Mayor acknowledges the foolishness of her actions with one breath, then throws the Chief of Police under the bus with the next. Now THAT'S leadership we can believe in, right Shiloh? Can I have an Amen?!!!
Then, on the same news program, we hear the news about toxins in the blood and urine of Dish residents. Half of the adults tested -- including their Mayor -- have elevated levels of toxic chemicals. Of course, the state didn't bother to test the kids. Why do that? I'm sure their little bodies can handle a few cancer-causing particles.
And let's not forget the shameful letter distributed by Jody's lap dogs that, among other tasteless things, claims that parents trotted out their "cancer-stricken children" at Town Council meetings, as if they were some sort of propaganda prop. Are there no parents or grandparents among you who were shocked and offended by that letter? Is this really the level to which you people are willing to stoop to keep the money flowing?
You people who continue to cash your royalty checks while giving the finger to your fellow Flower Mound residents are just as disgraceful as Mayor Smith.

So using Ladd's twisted logic, since people who cash royalty checks are disgraceful, then people who accept dividends from gas companies are also disgraceful, people who profit from stock price movements of gas companies are disgraceful and of course people who use the products of gas companies are disgraceful. Wow - I'm disgraceful on four counts! Can anyone top that?

Not from the monetary returns you're missing out on, you're obviously above all of that, no, you're just a tad jealous that the ladies pinched a cop's butt and not your prodigious posterior. Just was curious if anyone could point out an instance where the petition group or FM cares fb page based anything on what this woman said or did not said, quoted her studies, etc? There may have been links to some of articles written about her but from what I have seen they have posts to all types of articles from all over. How is this a big time slam against the movement? Just curious on the logic here. Seems kinda like grasping at straws to me.
Watch the tape of almost-Dr. Rich slamming Kleinfelder's study methodology at the March 25th FM Town Council meeting - the air quality study that showed no cause for concern at the FM sites. She has been the supposed local scientific expert that was sympathetic to the cause of the anti-drillers. Now - let the "distancing" begin!
